Vineyard Leadership Institute (VLI) will train followers of Jesus to become capable and confident to serve and lead others to Christ.  VLI empowers pastors who want to see leaders emerge in their churches who can expand existing ministries and launch new ministries.

VLI was designed to integrate biblical-theological, practical ministry, and spiritual formational training to form the new leaders of the church.

VLI is a two-year, part-time program offering a distinctive cutting-edge, and empowering training experience.

Our courses cover:

Teaching through the entire Bible from a Kingdom of God perspective.

Practical instruction in healing: physical, emotional, and demonic affliction; vision and planning, evangelism, the leader’s self-understanding & spiritual formation, team building, church planting and church growth.

Training in how to interpret your faith through courses such as Interpreting Scripture, History of the Church and its Theology and Christian Doctrine.
